The launch of the Robotics Challenge 2023 marks our continued search for innovative robotics solutions for domestic agriculture.
If we’re going to master current and future challenges in agriculture – such as labour shortages and the changing political parameters that are exemplified by stricter chemical plant protection guidelines – we need innovative solutions. We at the Agro Innovation Lab are convinced that the application of robotics will be a key tool for sustainable agriculture.
This is why our challenge programme will spend several months searching for innovative robotics solutions from startups worldwide and then comprehensively evaluating these in cooperation with RWA’s specialist departments and subsidiaries as well as external partners. The best solutions will be promoted, developed further or marketed. The programme recently kicked off and the results will be presented at another event at the end of the year.
